## License Information

RLX Auto Fit is offered under three license tiers to accommodate different user needs. This licensing structure reflects over 3.5 years of dedicated development and significant intellectual property investment by Realystic.

### 1. Standard License (Included with purchase)

- Install and use on all devices within your household

- Use for commercial projects (creating products for sale)

- Basic email support and community forum access

- Free updates within the same major version

### 2. Premium Creator License

- All Standard License features

- Priority email support with faster response times

- Access to exclusive tutorials and advanced documentation

- Early access to beta versions and new features

- 20% discount on future Realystic product purchases, where expressly granted at the discretion of Realystic

- License transferability (once per year)

- Dedicated support channel with 2 to 4 business day response guarantee

### 3. Premium Studio License

- All Premium Creator License features

- Multi-user license for up to 5 users within the same organization

- Customization rights for internal use

- Dedicated support channel with 48-hour response guarantee

- Quarterly one-on-one consultation with a Realystic developer

- 25% discount on future Realystic product purchases, where expressly granted at the discretion of Realystic

- Custom integration support for studio pipelines

### Important License Terms

- You may not resell, redistribute, or repackage the SOFTWARE PRODUCT itself.

- You must not remove or alter any copyright notices on any copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.

- Reverse engineering, decompilation, and disassembly are prohibited except where expressly permitted by applicable law.

- The SOFTWARE PRODUCT may not be rented, leased, or lent.

- Users must comply with all applicable laws regarding the use of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.

### Relationship with Blender and GPL

While Blender is released under the GNU General Public License (GPL), RLX Auto Fit is released under this proprietary license. This is in line with Blender's policy that addons can be released under any license, as they are separate works that only use Blender's API.

### Updates and Support

Realystic may provide updates or upgrades to the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, subject to the terms of this Agreement unless other terms are provided with the updates or upgrades. Support services are provided based on the license tier.
